Week 1
Module 1: Innovation Management
This module covers the importance of innovation in the digital age and how companies can promote a culture of innovation. – Focuses on strategies for identifying new technologies and promoting a culture of innovation. – Addresses challenges such as data protection and security concerns. – Includes case studies of successful companies and their innovation strategies.
Module 2: Strategic Management and Globalization
This module provides tools for implementing a strategic management process. – Covers strategic analysis, strategic decisions, and strategy implementation. – Participants learn how to gain buy-in within their organization to implement strategic plans.
Week 2
Module 3: Supply Chain Management
This module provides an overview of the challenges of managing complex supply chains. – Addresses the impact of globalization and technological advances on supply chains. – Discusses the need for decentralized decision-making processes.
Module 4: Managing in Digital Transformation
Focuses on the impact of digital technologies on industry and strategies for value creation. – Covers successful and failed strategies for using ICT. – Addresses partnerships with startups to promote innovation.
Module 5: Organizational Development
Examines how organizational design can support the implementation of strategies. – Addresses the implementation of digitization strategies and the integration of acquisitions. – Focuses on collaboration between different business units.
